How much are tickets?

Event tickets are FREE for holders of any Interrail or Eurail Pass ever used.

Event tickets for non-pass holders cost 10 euros each, including booking fees.

 

How and when do I get my tickets?

Starting 17 July, you can enter the raffle for event tickets on this website. Winners of the event tickets will be notified by 24 July via e-mail. If you are a Pass holder and you won an event ticket in the raffle, you'll receive your event ticket right away. If you participated for a paid event ticket, we will settle the payment first before you'll receive your event ticket. 

 

Don't forget to attend the event on Facebook for all the latest news and to see who else is going.

 

Can I buy tickets on the door?

No. If you want to attend the event you have to participate in the raffle. 

 

Can I enter using only my Interrail or Eurail Pass?

No. You'll only need to show the event ticket (printed or mobile) you won in the raffle. It's not necessary to bring your Interrail or Eurail Pass.

 

Can I swap tickets with a friend?

Yes. If it's a free Pass holder event ticket, you can only swap it with another Interrail or Eurail Pass holder. If you have a paid event ticket, you are free to swap it with anyone. In case you would like to swap your event ticket, contact events@eurail.com and mention all relevant event and Pass holder information. 

 

Can I bring my mum?

Yes. If you’re an Interrailer or Eurailer and you won an event ticket in the raffle, you can bring a +1 for free. If you have a paid event ticket you're also able to bring a +1. 

Getting to the party

What's the exact location of the party?

The party will take place at Generator Copenhagen, Adelgade 5-7, 1304 Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

At what time does the party start?

Doors will open at 20:00 on 7 August 2019.

 

How can I get to Copenhagen?

Copenhagen is easily reachable from all neighbouring countries. Check times using our timetable.

 

Once I'm in Copenhagen, how do I get to the Generator?.

If you're arriving at Copenhagen Central Station, catch a train to Nørreport station. You can walk from there to the Copenhagen hostel.

 

If you’re arriving by ferry, get the number 26 bus to Borgergade. You can buy tickets on the bus.

Raffle terms & conditions

EURAIL X INTERRAIL X GENERATOR EVENT – RAFFLE TERMS

This raffle (the “Raffle”) is organized by Eurail.com B.V., an entity registered in the Netherlands, with Commercial Registry number: 30206952, having its headquarters at Leidseveer 10, 3511 SB, Utrecht, the Netherlands, in relation to attendance at a limited entry to the Eurail X Interrail X Generator event (the “Event”).

ARTICLE 1: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1.1       Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time they enter the Competition. Participants younger than 18 are required to obtain parental consent to enter the Competition and leave their personal information. Each Participant is entitled to indicate one accompanying guest.

1.2 The following persons are eligible to participate to the Raffle.

·      Eurail customers who hold any Interrail or Eurail Pass valid throughout 2019 without any restrictions on the country of eligibility, who have registered https://www.eurail.com/en/eurail-meets-generator/the-copenhagen-event or https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-meets-generator/the-copenhagen-event   during the Term of the Raffle.

·      Non-customers, who have registered on https://www.eurail.com/en/eurail-meets-generator/the-copenhagen-event or https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-meets-generator/the-copenhagen-event  , during the Term of the Raffle.

Both Eurail customers and non-customers are entitled to register one accompanying guest.

1.3       No communication costs will apply in relation to your entry of the Raffle. This doesn’t include own costs of communication related to an internet subscription.

1.4       Employees of Eurail.com B.V. and associated companies, as well as members of their families, are excluded from participation in the Raffle.

1.5       The Raffle commences on Thursday, 17th July 2019, 9 am CEST 2019 and ends on Thursday, 24th July 2019, 11:30 am CEST 2019 (hereinafter: the “Term of the Raffle”). After the end date, you won’t be able to enter the Raffle.

 

ARTICLE 2: DETERMINING THE ATTENDANTS

2.1       Attendance availability is limited to 200 entries (Attendants).  The number of entries includes guests.

2.2       Attendants will be determined from amongst all eligible Eurail customer- and non-customer-participants, through an automated raffle (on random basis). The draw of the raffle will be carried out on 24th July 2019. Selected participants will be notified by e-mail, at the address provided when registering, by 24th July 2019. Invitations will be sent shortly after.

Please note that, while participation to the Raffle is free for both Eurail customers and non-customers, once selected, non-customers will be requested to pay attendance fee of EUR 10 to receive their ticket by 1st August 2019. Not meeting the deadline will result in waiver of non-customer’s right to attend. The attendance fee includes participation by the accompanying guest (no additional attendance fee needs to be paid for accompanying guests).

2.3       Attendance fees paid by non-customer Attendants are non-refundable.

2.4       The invitation is personalized and non-transferable. 

 

ARTICLE 3: THE PRIZE OF THE RAFFLE

3.1       Participants selected through the raffle and their accompanying guests will receive a ticket, entitling them to entry to the Eurail X Interrail X Generator Event, taking place on the at 7th August 2019 in Copenhagen.

 

 

ARTICLE 4: RIGHTS EURAIL.COM B.V.

4.1       Eurail.com B.V. reserves the right to disqualify participant without having to provide a reason in case it suspects the entry of being fraudulent or misconduct.

4.2       Eurail.com B.V. reserves the right to disqualify an entry without having to provide a reason in case the participant breaches the rules of these Terms and Conditions or law, 4.3 Eurail.com B.V. has the right to reject entries that do not meet these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

ARTICLE 5: PERSONAL DATA

5.1       Eurail.com B.V. respects the privacy of participants. We shall ensure that all personal information provided to us is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection laws.

5.2       When entering the Raffle you are requested to enter your full name (and that of your guest) and e-mail address.

·      Your name is used for issuing your (and your guest’s) potential personalized invitation.

·      Your e-mail address is used for notifying you in the event that you have been selected for attending the Event.

5.3       Your personal data (and that of your guest) will be processed by Eurail.com B.V. and its thrusted third party, contracted for the task of carrying out the Raffle, in order for Eurail.com B.V. to carry out its obligations towards you. Such use of your personal data will be made in accordance with Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.

5.4       Eurail.com B.V. may use your personal data to send you an optional anonymous questionnaire following the Event. Such use of your personal data will be made in accordance with Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR.

Your personal data (and that of your guest) will not be processed for other purposes.

5.3       Your personal data is retained for a period of 30 days after conducting the Raffle. Following that period your personal data will be erased.

5.4       For the purpose of carrying out the Raffle Eurail.com B.V. collaborates with a trusted third party. In performing its obligation to you Eurail.com B.V. Eurail.com B.V. will not transfer your (and your guest’s) personal data to third parties without obtaining your consent to do so.

 

 

ARTICLE 6: MAINTENANCE SERVER AND WEBSITE

6.1       Eurail.com B.V. reserves the right to temporarily disable the website, or parts of it, for maintenance, changes or improvements of the site and its servers. Eurail.com B.V. cannot be held responsible for the negative consequences of maintenance.

6.2       Eurail.com B.V. cannot be held responsible for problems with the network, computer hardware or software, or any breakdown or failure that results in the participant’s entry field or form or any other information becoming incomplete, damaged or lost.

 

 

ARTICLE 7: COMPLAINTS

7.1       Complaints about the Raffle can be send to Eurail.com B.V., using the contact information found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2       Eurail.com B.V. will answer the complaint 2 working days after it has been filed.

 

 

ARTICLE 8: OTHER PROVISIONS

8.1       Images and descriptions displayed in relation to the Raffle only serve as an illustration, and the actual representation may be different.

8.2       All decisions made by Eurail.com B.V. regarding this Raffle shall be considered final.

8.3       Eurail.com B.V. acts in accordance with the Dutch Code Promotional Gaming 2014 (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen 2014).

8.4       Dutch law applies to this Competition (including these Terms and Conditions).

Event terms & conditions

Interrail X Eurail X Generator Event: General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are aimed at regulating participation by qualified Attendants to the Interrail X Eurail X Generator Event (Event), to be held by Eurail.com B.V. (Eurail) in collaboration with Generator Hostels.

Event

The Event takes place on the 19th August 2019 at Generator Berlin Mitte in Berlin. Eurail reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Event at any time at its own discretion. Non-customer shall be entitled to compensation of paid attendance fee in relation to partial or total cancellation of the Event. Customers and guests shall not be entitled to any direct or indirect compensation in case of the aforementioned circumstances.

 

Attendance Limitation

Attendance availability is limited to 200 entries (Attendants). The number of entries includes accompanying guests. Entry to the Event is limited to holders of a valid invitation, as a result of the organized raffle.

 

Photograph release

Eurail reserves the right to cover the Event through photographs and footages over various media channels operated by Eurail, for marketing purposes. The photographs are not intended to single out any participant individually, but rather capture the turnout and mood at the particular event.

 

Eurail warrants that these photographs will not be sold or otherwise supplied to third parties.

 

By attending the Event all Attendants implicitly provide their consent to being taken photographs of appearing in footages, taken by Eurail authorized agents.

 

The Attendants will not be entitled to payment or sort type of royalties for the use of their image in photographs and footages.

 

Applicable Law and Conditions: Limitation of Liability

The relationship with Attendants is subject to the applicable international treaties and conventions, any compulsory domestic law applicable to the location of the Event, and Dutch law as for any other matter. Eurail is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage suffered by Attendants and/or their belongings. 

 

In case of damages at the Event caused by an Attendant, the Attendant will be held responsible and liable for their actions.

 

Event house rules

All Attendants are required to present their ticket to authorized personnel at the facility.

 

Any use or drug or excessive use of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Eurail authorized personnel at the Event reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse admission or expel from the Event any person found using drugs or in a state of intoxication due to any legal or illegal substances as well as any person acting in an aggressive or offensive manner.

 

Security personnel at the Event are entitled to, at their own discretion perform security searches of Attendants’ carry-on items (such as, but not limited to backpacks, handbags, suitcases etc.) and clothing pockets upon entry. Attendants in possession of illicit substances, alcoholic drinks not purchased at the facility and weapons will be refused admission to the event.

 

The person who has been refused admission or has been asked to leave the Event shall comply with the communication received and shall have no right to any direct or indirect compensation.

 

Expulsion or refusal of admission does not entitle attendants to reimbursement for any costs incurred in relation to their invitation to the Event.

 

Eurail is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages suffered by Attendants as a consequence of their behaviour.
